Thursdays at 7:30PM - 3 miles
Start: The gazebo in Church Square Park
(Park Ave. between 4th & 5th Streets)

Join us for our weekly runs!
Tuesdays at 6:15AM - Speed Training
April to November
Meet at 11th & Hudson for a warm up jog (1.5 miles) to the
track in Weehawken. OR just meet us there for a 6:30am
start. There's a parking lot available.
Workouts will be an optional 1.5 mile warm up / 1.5 mile
cool down, plus shorter speed intervals totaling 1.5 to 3
miles depending on the workout and ability levels.
Saturdays - Longer Runs of 6 to 20 miles
9:00 am October 1st to May 31st
8:00 am June 1st to September 30th
Start: Fleet Feet at 604 Washington Street

Saturday morning runs have been known to:
1. Cure a hangover
2. Help you fit into that old pair of "skinny" jeans
3. Help your dating life
4. Give you an incredible adrenaline rush
TRY IT OUT!
In running, it doesn't matter if you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say "I have finished". There is a lot of satisfaction in that.
